    ➢ Note: – SAMANHUB.COM is an e-commerce platform where vendors operate, each seller
    will have their own return policy. We request all buyers to review the return policy from
    the supplier before completing an order. Buyers can view the return policy listed in the
    supplier’s profile.
  3. Refund Process
    • To request a refund, businesses must contact Samanhub’s customer support team within 2 days of
    receiving the product.
    • Businesses may be required to provide proof of purchase, order details, and any relevant
    documentation to support their refund request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise
    specified.
    • Refunds will be processed according to seller refund rules.
  4. Non-Refundable Items
    • Certain products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Custom or made-to-order products.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

    • SAMANHUB.COM is an E-commerce platform where Vendor, will have their own return
    shipping rules. We request all customers to find out seller return shipping rules from the
    supplier.

    team to resolve the issue promptly.
    • Samanhub will investigate any reported refund discrepancies and work towards a satisfactory
    resolution.
